You circle around each other, waiting for the right moment to strike. Make your move prematurely, and you might not live to regret your mistake. Shuffle, shuffle. Seven Steps simplifies the gameplay of Riichi Mahjong and combines it with elements of Poker and 1v1 fighting games. Build up your hand’s Power over multiple turns before launching your attack. When you attack, your opponent chooses to either Block, using their Power to reduce the amount of damage you deal to them, or Counter, turning the tables on your attack. If a player Counters, the player with the higher Power deals the full force of their attack as damage. The lower player just gets hit. Hit your opponent until they have 0 Life to win.
